Shipping Policy


  • Orders are shipped only in the USA.

  • Domestic standard shipping is included in the price for greeting cards.

  • Please allow 2-4 days business days for me to prepare your order. 

  • Please consider that delays in your order's arrival can happen due to covid, holidays or weather and all these are out of my control. 

Returns andExchages

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

  • Items purchased in the studio may be returned for store credit only and must be returned within 30 days. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Please take the time to choose the design of your preference. As a small business, it is very costly to make returns and exchanges at free will.

  • I try to put images that represent the most accurate presentation of the printed cards.

  • Please consider that it is possible that colors may vary from what you see in your monitor to the print itself.

  • Replacements or refunds will be issued only for damaged or lost orders (following the received tracking number).

  • If your delivery was damaged while in transit or defective in any way, please send me an email to address your inquiry within one week of having received your order.

  • Please attach images of your damaged order in your email.

  • If your order arrives damaged, either a full refund or a replacement will be issued at no charge to you.

  • If your order gets lost while in transit, a full refund or replacement will be offered at no charge to you.

  • If your order gets lost after delivery or it’s improperly sent to another location, please check nearby or with your lobby manager and neighbors. If you are still unable to find your package, please let me know within 2 business days.

  • If the order was sent to a wrong address due to an error on my end, I will offer to reship or refund your order.

  • If the order was sent to a wrong address due to an error on your end, I cannot offer a reship or refund.

  • If you think the transit time is unusually long, reach out and I’ll get it sorted for you.



  • Please send me an email to request a cancellation of your order within 1 hour after placing your order.

  • If your order has not been processed, you will get a refund through your original method of payment.

  • If your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Pick up on the same day in Hood River. Please ask for studio address.

  • Sorry! Currently I do not offer local delivery.
